The modern emblem

It was confirmed in October, 28th, 1994 by the decision #16 of city council session of XXII convocation.

Azure; or wheaten sheaf twisted by the embroidered towel and putted on gear. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
Sheaf and gear display agrarian and industrial character of city. Separate elements of a city emblem used in the arms of 1929.
