The flag
It was confirmed in September, 16th, 1993 by the decision #17/5 of city council session.
The red rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides as 1:1 has yellow horseshoe with three white crosses around it - two on the sides, and one in the top; above the top cross there is white town crown. Four sides of the flag have an edging of dark blue-yellow ornament with width of 1/10 of width of the flag.
