It was confirmed in June, 12th, 2020 by the decision #1-41-2020 of XLI village council session. Vert; sun Or with sixteen rays accompanied by a border from linden leaves Or and linden flowers Argent with middles Or alternately. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "DAKHNIVKA".
Linden leaves and flowers are symbol of the ancient park that exists in the village. The sun is a symbol of Podillya.
