The modern emblem

It was confirmed in August, 21st, 2007 by the decision #108 of region council session.

Or; flax flower Azure with core Or, accompanied in the sides by two leaves Vert, in the base by three overturned cones of hops, all accompanied in the base by two arrows Gules laid V-shaped, the left is inverted. In chief Azure flies stork Argent with beak and legs Gules, eyes and wing tips Sable. The shield is enframed by cartouche Vert, bordered by ears Or, entwined by blue and yellow ribbon, in crest Tryzub bordered by branches Vert.
