The modern emblem

It was confirmed in November, 21st, 2007 by the decision #185 of region council session.

Per bend by Vert and Gules, bend Argent with three flowers Azure with leaves Vert and cores Or. First; three bars Or, each lower shorter than upper. Second; wood gate Or with palisade on both sides. Shield is bordered by a wreath from ears Or, oak leaves Vert and branches of viburnum entwined by blue and yellow ribbon, and crowned by decoraive crest Or from flowers Azure and Bible Or.
