It was confirmed in February, 16th, 2016 by the decision #34 of city council session. Square panel consists of three equal horizontal stripes of blue, white and crimson colors. Along the staff passes yellow strip on which is geometric pattern of blue and light blue colors. On the intersection of the two lower stripes is red formy cross with yellow glow. The width of the yellow stripe equals to 1/6 of the flag width. The author is I.Yanushkevych. Image on site C.Bohatov.
