The flag
It was confirmed in August, 14th, 2008 by the decision #391 of XXI city council session of V convocation.
Rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of 2 horizontal strips in ratio 3:7 - red and green. On the first strip is yellow key a bit from the staff, on the second field is white fortress, in height of 1/2 flag width.
