The flag
It was confirmed in March, 21st, 2008 by the decision #214 of XIX region council session. The rectangular panel with ratio 2:3 consists of red, green, white, green and dark blue horizontal strips with a parity 3:1:10:1:3. In the centre of a white strip is the small region emblem.
