The modern emblem
It was confirmed in September, 12th, 2003 by the decision of XVI city council session of XXIV convocation.
Azure; double sail Argent above abaised dancetty barrulet Gules, on the chief the stylized symbol of Trypillya culture - wheel Or with twelve spokes on a background of the sun Gules with twenty beams. The shield is enframed by cartouche Or and crowned by urban crown Argent with three prongs.
Azure symbolizes the sky and water of Dnipro, Stugna and Kozynka rivers on which Ukrainka is located. The main element of the arms is the sail which symbolizes an orientation of city on development, aspiration to the best future. Wheel on gules sun is ancient symbol of Trypillya culture. The gules lightning is a symbol of power, symbol of Trypillya power station which is a basis of city.
