It was confirmed in March, 27th, 2008 by the decision #17/2 of village council session of V convocation. The rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides 1:1. It is divided on two equal horizontal strips: red and yellow. In the center is the Nova Vyzhva arms. Gonfalon unites in itself colors of Volyn' (red) and Starovyzhivs'kyi region (yellow).
