The flag

It was confirmed in March, 24th, 1999 by the decision #76 of VI city council session of XXIII convocation.

. Square panel consists of two equal horizontal strips - yellow and blue; top yellow is divided half-and-half vertically. On the staff field are crossed red-and-yellow horn of plenty with fruits and Mercury's staff. On the free edge field are three green oak leaves, two over one; on the bottom blue field on a green embowed base runs to the staff grey wolf with red eyes and tongue.
Oak leaves symbolize dense oak groves.
