It was confirmed in Decrmber, 26th, 2002 by the decision of VII city council session of XXIV convocation. The rectangular panel with a parity of width to the length as 2:3, from a staff to the middle of free edge goes a yellow wedge, on which are blue cross and red six-beam star, above it is red triangular field, below it is blue field.
