The flag
It was confirmed in August, 26th, 1999 by the decision of region council session.
Rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of three equal horizontal stripes. Top is blue, middle is crimson (color of the flag of Bila Tserkva), bottom is yellow (element of the flag of Kyivs'ka oblast'). On the blue part near a staff are yellow bow with three arrows and ear in the form of a horn of plenty.
