It was confirmed in September, 20th, 2019 by the decision #6/45-2019 of XLV village council session of VII convocation. Gules with wavy fess Argent, over it Roman spears Or in saltire. From the point of intersection of the spears in couped bend and bend up and down issue birch branches Or; in couped pale up and down issue pine branches Or. Over all square escutcheon Gules with rounded corners, on it sixteen-ray sun Or. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "SATANIVKA".
The whole composition is a stylized Roman shield as a sign of the legend about the foundation of the settlement by Roman legionnaires (the phrase “Sat an non”), the middle wavy stripe means the Zbruch river, the branches are a symbol of the woodland.
