It was confirmed in February, 9th, 2018 by the decision #12-34/2018 of city council session of VII convocation. Vert; the Saint Cos'ma and Damian, in closes Argent and cloaks Or, with boxes Gules in their hands. Chief per pale; in the first part Azure smiling sun Or with sixteen beams, in the second part Gules formy cross Argent. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "RIPNA".
The emblem symbolizes the village church in honor of the Saints Cos'ma and Damian, as well as the historical belonging to the border between Podillya and Volyn`. The authors are O.Pokhyla, A.Mel'nytshuk, V.Napytkin.
