It was confirmed in March, 10th, 2009 by the decision #19 of village council executive committee. Azure with arched base Vert; Cossack outpost Argent, surrounded by a palisade, above it three stars Or with seven beams, two and one. Emblem is enframed by cartouche Or.
Outpost on a hill reflects historical fact of village foundation in the middle of XVII century. It was defense installations - Kozyreva beams on high mountain near Dnieper. Stars are similar to the stars from the Dnipro emblem, indicate the territorial affiliation of village that since 2002 is part of Dnipropetrovs'k. Azure represents the Dnieper, vert symbolizes the richness of nature and beautiful landscapes. The authors are T.Yaroshevych, V.Yavtushenko, Z.Shevtsova, O.Potap. Image on site C.Bohatov.
