The modern emblem
It was confirmed in January, 5th, 2011 by the decision of region council session.
Azure; ascending horse Argent with mane and tail Or cuts out a hoof three sparks Or from rock Argent. In the chief sinister sun Or. The shield is framed by wreath of laurel and oak leaves with acorns and entwined by blue and yellow ribbon. In the bottom of the shield on the bend strip inscription "Chemerovets'kyi region", under it the viburnum leaves with three clusters of berries. The shield is crowned by decorative baroque pattern with three flowers.
