It was confirmed in June, 25th, 2008 by the decision of village council session. Gules; horseman argent on horse argent with a harness azure, in the lifted right hand the horseman holds sword argent, in left - shield gules with cross argent; below is base azure bordered by wavy barrulet argent. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
The basic figure of the arms is the horseman - "Pohon'" - is a patrimonial sign on princes Chortoryis'kyi's, because they took a surname from this settlement. The shield in hand of the horseman with the image of the Volyn' arms underlines a geographical arrangement of settlement. Azure base with argent barrulet symbolises the river Styr. Such combination in the bottom part of the arms is perceived as a strip, "line" ("cherta"), that displays one of versions of an name origin of the village.
