It was confirmed in September, 16th, 2004 by the decision of city council session. Vert; the horseman in regimentals Argent, with a shield and a spear, on the horse Argent, in chief dancetty Gules fortress Argent with three towers, in the middle is open gate. The shield is enframed by cartouche Or and crowned by city crown Argent with three prongs. Supporters: on the dexter side soldier of the Kyiv Rus' in raincoat gules, on the sinister side Cossack with a sabre, both hold spears with tags Gules and stand on oak branches, under it are crossed bunchuk and curve east sword Argent, turned from top to bottom.
