SOSNYTS'KYI REGION
It was founded in 1935. Through the territory of the district flow Desna river and its tributary Ubid'. This is the birthplace of the world famous master of cinema, one of the founders of the national cinema, Olexander Dovzhenko. Seals Sosnytsia Cossack squadron of XVIII century used the image of a bear between three pines, later - bear leaning on a pine board. But it was used as emblem of Sosnytsia city, therefore was used older version of seal.
