The board is crowned by or earl crown with jewels, above which is steel helmet with or bordering, bars and or medallion on azure tape. The helmet is crowned by the crown.
The crest: issuant St.Prince Ihor.
The mantle: gules, padded by argent and azure, padded by or.
The tenants: on the right side is old Rus' warrior in the gules raincoat and spear, on the left side is knight in an argent armor and azure raincoats of Arhystratyg Michael knight Order.
