Shield azure with or border; escutcheon is accompanied in chief by or eight-beam facetted star, in the base by or sword edge down and argent feather in saltire. The board is crowned by or earl crown with jewels, above which is steel helmet with or bordering, bars and or medallion on a diamond circuit. The helmet is crowned by the crown. In the bottom of a board on a medal tapes are the Christ Savior award, III degree of Knightly Valour award, II degree Arhystratyg Michael's award.
The crest: issuant St.Prince Ihor.
The mantle: gules, padded by argent and azure, padded by or.
The tenants: on the right side is old Rus' warrior in the gules raincoat and spear, on the left side is knight in an argent armor and azure raincoats of Arhystratyg Michael knight Order.
