The board is topped by a or medical crown with jewels, over which is steel knight helmet with a red medallion, on which is argent anchor.
Crest: on a wreath of the colours upon the issuant Sacred Prince Volodymyr with Or cross in right hand.
The mantle: azure, padded by Or; Gules, padded by Argent
The motto: CARPE DІEM - "Catch day" - by or letters on a gules tape.
