Or; gules cross accompanied in the chief, dexter and sinister by gules eight-row stars, in the base by gules half moon, crown and sabre fixed in pale. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is E.Chernets'kyi.
The emblem uses symbols of XVII century Bila Tserkva regiment flag. An original cross, eight-beam stars, young moon, crown and sabre are characteristic symbols of cossack flags in XVII-XVIII centuries.
