It was confirmed in January, 13th, 1997 by the decision of village council session. Per bend sinister by bend sinister scarpe Gules with meander Or. Or; bunch of grapes Azure with leaf Vert. Azure; boat Or with sails Argent, accompanied in base by a thread-wavy fillet Argent. The shield is framed by a grapevine with leaves Vert and bunches Azure intertwined by ribbon Gules with inscription "YALTA" Or.
Settlement was founded by the Greek settlers who have come here from Crimea, it is represented by traditional Greek ornamental pattern. Now Yalta is one from the most popular vacation spots for the inhabitants of Donets'ka oblast'. Vessel underlines maritime health resort. The bunch of a grapes symbolize southern vegetables and fruit, which grows in region. Or means kindliness and greatness. Azure mean maritime resort, hopes, kind aspirations.
