It was confirmed in April, 20th, 2000 by the decision #11/1 of city council session. Gules; Saint Yuri on an argent horse, in sable-vert clothes and an argent raincoat, with or nimbus around of a head, beats by an or spear the vert snake, in the dexter corner is argent paty cross. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs. The author is M.Dzey.
Saint Yuri was the patron of Luboml' churche which was constructed in 1287. The cross and a gules field emphasizes an accessory of city to Volyn'.
