It was confirmed in April, 6th, 2004 by the decision #27/4 of XIV village council session of IV convocation. Vert; from embattled base grow two or oaks, above which is or paty cross. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by gules urban crown with three prongs. The author is A.Grechylo.
Cross specifies Pechers'ka Lavra. Embattle division means, that in XVII century the village became city and here was built little castle. Vert color and oaks (on a flag - acorns with leaves) personify the name of settlement and emphasize its arrangement among woods.
