Shield with argent border is divided by gules bend sinister with argent border; azure, or fess, above it is or bow with three arrows; vert, or ear in the form of horn of plenty.
Bow with three arrows is part of Bila Tserkva emblem; vert is symbol of fields, horn of plenty means harvest.
