It was confirmed in May, 14th, 1998 by the decision #41 of I city council session of II convocation. Square panel, in the top corner from a staff on a blue square part (the size of it is equal to 1/3 width of the gonfalon) is white salt furnace, in the bottom corner from free edge on the blue square part is white city arch with three towers and the open yellow gate, from a staff and from the top edge are two white rectangular fields.
