It was confirmed at September, 2d, 1997 by the decision N7 of VIII city council session of II convocation. A square yellow panel with two diagonal and one vertical dark blue strips (the width of a strip is equal to 1/5 parties of the gonfalone). In the center of crossing is the board with the city arms. Strips specify the initial letter of the city name. The author is A.Grechylo.
