The modern emblem
It was confirmed in February, 27th, 2004 by the decision of XII city council session of XXIV convocation.
The shield tierced in bend sinister gules, azure and vert, on it is or vase. The shield is enframed by cartouche or and crowned by urban crown argent with three prongs.
The stylized image of vase "Nemesis" specifies development of porcelain manufacture in the city and the local factory, which was built in beginning of the XIX century.
