The flag
It was confirmed in October, 31st, 2003 by the decision #161-11/XXIV of region council session.
. The rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides as 2:3 is divided into four equal rectangular fields; on the top from a staff and on the bottom from free edge in yellow fields are red crossed cossack pikes with flappers, other two fields are green.
