It was confirmed in October, 22nd, 2019 by the decision #1 of XXVIІI village council session of VІІ convocation. Argent; narrow wavy pale Azure, above it circle Gules with Trypillya pattern Or, accompanied in chief by two conjoined, in base by two curved reverse oak branches with acorns Vert. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "POLYAN'".
The argent field is a symbol of paper production, one of the historical crafts of the villagers. A circle with a Trypillian pattern surrounded by oak leaves is a symbol of the name, "glade" ("polyana") in the forest; Trypillya pattern is a symbol of the ancient Trypillya settlement.
