It was confirmed in July, 18th, 2018 by the decision #646 of XXXIV city council session of VIII convocation. Azure; building Argent from torn stone with three convex arches punched straight, above the holes windows Sable bordered by masoned Gules. In each hole sack Argent with wheat Or. The middle bag accompanied in base by locomotive wheel Or. On the middle arch sits magpie Argent with wings and neck Sable. The emblem is inscribed in a decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "SOROKA".
Magpie ("soroka") is a symbol of the name of the village, a stone structure means stylized elevator, sacks of wheat and locomotive wheel are symbols of agriculture and the railway station. The authors are V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov, R.Kuchkovs'ka. Image on site V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov.
