It was confirmed in May, 16th, 2018 by the decision #9-38/2018 of XXXVIII city council session of VII convocation. Per fess wavy. Masoned Gules; chairman of the sheep Argent, accompanied in the dexter chief by bezant Or, in the sinister chief by jug Or. Argent; anchor Fules in pale, accompanied on either side by torches Sable in pale with flame Or, bordered by Gules. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "OZHYHIVTSI".
The sheep's head reflects one of the versions about the origin of the name of the village ("pryhozhi"), the masoned part means another version of the origin of the name ("obzhyhaty" - "to burn") brick. Besant (coin) is a symbol of fairs that took place in the village, a jug is a symbol of pottery. Anchor means that in the old days the village was a port, torches mean legend about the underground passage to the Toky village.
