It was confirmed in March, 7th, 2018 by the decision #6 of XVII village council session of VI convocation. Vert; two axes Argent with handles Or in saltire, accompanied in chief by sixteen-beam sun Or, in base by head of sugar Argent with leaves of parchment Gules on it. In the wavy base Argend abaised wavy barrulet Azure. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "TARASIVKA".
The axes are a symbol of timber mining and carpentry, the head of sugar means a sugar factory, one of the first in the province. The wavy base is a symbol of the Ushka River. The author is P.Voitaluk. Image on site V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov.
