It was confirmed in February, 9th, 2018 by the decision #14-34/2018 of XXXIV city council session of VII convocation. Gules; millstone Or, accompanied on the sides and in base by three bezants Or. Chief Gules per fess by barrulet Vert; three fountains with wavy bordure Or. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "LONKY".
Millstone is a symbol of farming and baking bread in the village; three bezants (coins) are sign of the legendary treasure lost by the landowner; three fountains ("lunky") mean the name of the village, its three historical parts. Two red stripes mean two Heroes of Socialist Labor, who worked in the village. The authors are V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov, I.Horbanovs'ka, H.Bandurko, O.Mazur.
