It was confirmed in December, 21st, 2017 by the decision #498 of XXVIII village council session of VII convocation. Argent; four mountains Vert, the lateral are higher than middle, over all two fountains of water Argent. Above the mountains rooster Sable with paws and beak Gules. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche are inscriptions "KURNYKY" and "1580".
The rooster ("kurka") symbolizes the name of the village, four mountains and two springs symbolize local geographical and natural features. The authors are C.Bohatov, S.Tkachov. Image on site C.Bohatov, V.Napytkin.
