It was confirmed in November, 23d, 2017 by the decision #10 of XX village council session of VII convocation. Vert; spinning wheel Or. Chief Argent; Gules-and-Sable embroidered Ukrainian ornament. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "TYRTSHYNTSI".
The emblem symbolizes traditional crafts, as well as the legend about the village name origin from the Turks (Vert color), which, falling in love with the local girl (embroidered head), remained to live in these place.
