The modern emblem
It was confirmed in October, 9th, 2017 by the decision #2/18/2017 of XVIII village council session of VII convocation.
Per fess by wavy fillet Sable. Vert; paper scroll Argent. Azure; fish Argent in fess. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "PAPIRNYA" and date "1755".
The wavy fess means of submission to the Chornyvody village council. Paper is a symbol of the name. Fish is a symbol of rich water resources.
