It was confirmed in August, 3d, 2017 by the decision #100-20/2017 of XX village council session of VII convocation. Vert with wavy base Argent; locomotive wheel Argent inscribed in abaised horseshoe Or with ears up, accompanied in chief by oak Or. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by city crown Argent. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "VIYTOVETS'KA COMMUNITY".
The vert color above the wavy base is a symbol of the rich natural resources, forests, rivers and lakes. The locomotive's wheel is a sign of South-Western Railway. Oak in heraldry is a symbol of invincibility and longevity, a horseshoe is a symbol of diligence and good luck.
