It was confirmed in July, 8th, 2016 by the decision of village council session. Escutcheon Gules; going swan Argent with outstretched wings, beaks and paws Or. The escutcheon placed on formy cross Argent in shield Vert. Chief Or; four eight-ray stars Gules in fess. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. The cartouche is decorated by oak leaves Vert and mantle Gules padded by Argent; below it the inscription "KHOLMY" and the numbers "1638". Image on site V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov.
