It was confirmed in February, 7th, 2014 by the decision of city council session. Rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of two equal horizontal stripes, red and green. From the staff to the center extends yellow triangle, on which is the front of the blue locomotive cab. From the staff corners depart two diagonal black-and-white stripes (1/50 of the flag's width), connecting in the center of the panel and extending to the free edge. Image on site C.Bohatov.
