Purple symbolizes love, courage, justice, ancient Volyn'. Azure symbolizes the fresh air and peaceful sky, a local river Perga. Willow branches are one of the symbols of Ukraine. Argent nightingale symbolizes the beauty of nature and historical name. Three leaves represent the three settlements - Osivka, Lenivka, Chmil' included in the territorial community, and large forests, which occupy more than 60% of the territory of the village council.
