It was confirmed in August, 7th, 2013 by the decision #136 of XXI village council session of VI convocation. Per pale by Vert and Azure; formy cross Or with an elongated lower beam. Base per fess abaised by Argent and Vert; on the Argent part three eight-beam flowers Gules in the style of Ukrainian embroidery. The shield is enframed by cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or.
Vert symbolizes nature of Polissya region, Azure - water and sky. Or cross symbolizes the Christian religion. Argent is symbol of openness, as well as paintings, which have long been woven by women. Three flowers in the style of Ukrainian folk embroidery "cross" symbolize a prosperous life, the link between generations, as well as three villages - Moklyaky, Kamyanohirka, Apollonivka, which are part of the territorial community.
