It was confirmed in August, 22nd, 2013 by the decision #231 of XXIX village council session of VI convocation. Azure; flying stork Argent with beak and legs Gules. The base barry of three: Argent, Vert, Azure (1:1:1.5). Vert and Azure stripes separates by wavy barrulet Argent. On Argent part is pattern from leaves Vert and four periwinkle flowers Azure. The shield is enframed by cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or.
Azure symbolizes purity, hope, wealth, prosperity. Stork is a symbol of procreation, loyalty, love, family nest, a herald of spring. In the Kulishi are most stork nests among the villages of the district. Also community has the largest number of large families. Ornament from four periwinkle flowers is a symbol of love, eternity, undying life, symbolizes the number of settlements of the territorial community - village Kulishi, Hutir-Moklyaky, Naraivka and Krasnohirka. Vert symbolizes wealth, generosity, joy and health. Azure with Argent waves symbolize Ubort' river, a tributary of Prypiat'.
