It was confirmed in July, 31st, 2006 by the decision #41/5-V of region council session.
Azure; spear Or with tip Argent in pale, accompanied on the sides by ears Or, tilted to the edges of the shield. Base Vert tip by billets Argent in steps to the center. The shield is enframed by wreath from ears Or, wildflowers and herbs, entwined by ribbon Azure with inscription "Yasynuvats'kyi region."
