The flag
It was confirmed in April, 3d, 2007 by the decision #74-10-V of region council session.
Panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of four rectangles of equal width, in two rows of yellow and red alternately. Ratio of the lengths of the rectangles in the staff and a free edge equals to 1:2. At the intersection of rectangles is formy cross, blue on yellow and yellow on red.
