The flag
It was confirmed in April, 20th, 2011 by the decision of IV region council session of VI convocation.
Rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of three horizontal stripes - blue, yellow and green. Among the staff goes vertical silver strip (1/8 of the flag length), which represents the name of the district center – Sribne ("silver"). On the vertical strip in the top part is region emblem.
The blue color symbolizes sky, yellow means wheat fields, green means hope, woods and fields.
