In the bottom of a board on a medal tape are I degrees Arhystratyg Michael's Award, in the dexter side is Symon Petlura cross, in the sinister side is I degrees Sacred Stanislaw Award.

Supporters: on the dexter side a knight in an argent armor and azure raincoat of Arhystratyg Michael knight Order, on the sinister part a knight in an argent armor and gules raincoat of Sacred Stanislaw knight Order; in free hand they hold swords.
The motto: "Facta sunt potentiora verbis" - "The acts are stronger than words" - by gules letters on an or tape.
